The spectacle they labeled as a debate seemed to confirm what others have said for a long time: FoxNews is not really a legitimate news channel.

The moderators fed into that contention.

They spent most of their time trying to land ‘gotcha’ questions rather than asking questions that would elicit information for the viewers.

FoxNews is as giddy as the pre-debate moderators that they got 24 million viewership. However, most of those 24 million witnessed a media fiasco. I doubt FoxNews gained many converts.

With that little DOG & PONY show; and I mean that in the original Tijuana stage show context, Fox has lost me as a viewer for ever.
When I wanted legitimate news of the day I would go to FOX, not any more.
I now lump Fox into the same category as ABC, NBC, CBS, Al Jizzera, MSLSD, PBS and all the others.
I wish the debates could be held on neutral ground; with a 3 or 4 hour time limit, something like CSPAN and moderated by normal rational, thinking people, rather than ratings grabbing TV whores.
