HARRIS COUNTY, Texas David Conley told Harris County Sheriffs investigators that he broke into his former home and killed eight people, according to a Harris County prosecutor.During probably cause court Sunday, a prosecutor recounted Conley's statement to investigators that he broke in through an open window after the woman he formerly lived with, Valerie Jackson, changed the locks on the doors. The prosecutor went on to say Conley then told investigators that he restrained eight people inside, including Jackson and a 6-year-old boy, and shot them in the back of the head.
Doctors at the scene of the 2200 block of Falling Oaks, near Veterans Memorial and Fallbrook Drive, said all eight victims suffered gunshot wounds to the head and died at the scene.
Conley, who didn't appear in court, has been charged with three counts of capital murder and had bond denied.....

I heard this this morning when I turned on the TV. Fortunately they caught him!
Yet another chapter in the book, ‘Mommy’s New Boyfriend.’
This time her idiotic, ‘choice’ cost a LOT of innocent lives.
Sad. Very, very sad.
According to one article I read he was still in the home when the deputies arrived.
Apparently he has been involved with the police multiple times for various activities.
I was suprised this wasn’t posted as it happened overnight. I read it this morning and
didn’t find a thread. So I finally decided to post it.
There were 8 dead bodies .. and they only charged him with 3 counts of murder ..??
Strange.
Five children and three adults.
Too bad he didn’t resist more.
David Conley/Dean Corll, The similarities are more than geographical and less than Racial.
This animal should be put down. Quickly.
Have already seen leftscum on some sites using this horror to advocate for more gun control, all while ignoring that it was already illegal for this animal to possess a firearm. Just sick.
An excerpt from a related story tells a tale:

“...All eight victims were shot in the head, according to an arrest affidavit. Neighbors told KPRC that they knew the children, and that they were good kids who didnt want to spend time at home.”
It must have been terrible for the kids to live in that “home” if they didn’t even want to spend any time there.
I should have include the following:
one capital murder count covers multiple deaths, another is for a person under 6 years old, according to court records.
Mugshot of the suspect at the link. No mugshot of the gun.
Did you ever think of the fact that the reason she got a “New Boyfriend” because the guy turned into or maybe already was a creep and a psychopath?
What kind of piece of crap kills the kids even if she was a terrible human being?
It is on Fox again right now.
Yes they caught him in the house. A woman in the house was an ex girlfriend and they think one of the children was his. No word on who the others were.
I’m not defending him. I’m just saying that these situations always end badly when ‘Mommy’ brings a new ‘boyfriend’ into the family fold, especially when she has young kids who usually have no bio-dad in their lives. Divorce happens. Accidental pregnancies happen. I totally understand that. But...
...raise your kids FIRST, THEN find romance for yourself. Put the needs of your CHILDREN first.
You can look through my posts; these situations are a common theme with me. Read just about any abduction/murder/rape story involving children on any given day and it’s the same old story.
they only charged him with the adults? I know what horrid statement i want to make but i’m resisting for the sake of those poor children.
Typical Houston speak.
The monster shouldn't have made it out of the house alive. Poor little 6 year old had nothing to do with any of the adults' trouble.
Don’t worry, he will pay!
“Five children and three adults.”
Despicable. My guess is they’ve charged him for the murder of the adults only as perhaps murdering a child brings even stronger charges that may need to be researched.
At least in Texas he’ll likely die for these crimes.
