(CNN)Carly Fiorina said Donald Trump's comments about Megyn Kelly "were completely inappropriate and offensive" and were clearly meant to imply the Fox News host's tough questions were a result of menstruation.
"Women understood that comment. And yes, it is offensive," Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard executive, said in an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper aired Sunday on "State of the Union."

What I like about Trump is he a bull in the Washington Cartels’ china shop.
I’m a supporter of Cruz who has showed the same kind courage, often alone, against the establishment long before Trump emerged on the scene.
Trump is a phony - an entertainer who likes the sound of his own voice. Not good for a leader.
Cruz is a statesman. Far better than “The Donald.”
There are hundred posts on Free Republic in the last hour touting Trump because “he got us talking about the right things”, or something.
It is empirically verifiable that Trump got the right wing talking about
Megyn Kelly, and not any substantive policy question. Inside the bubble here, it’s interpreted as some sort of media takedown. Outside this little bubble, it’s another episode in the history of cargo cults.
He’s a terrible candidate. Inarticulate, ham-handed, crude, no sense of time or place - and this all symbolizes some kind of newness, some kind of manliness.
It would be amusing if it were not headed for a mathematical brick wall. The suicides around here in 6 months will be a human hail fall.

What a nasty thing to say. I am very disappointed that women’s biology seems to be the center of discussion regarding a presidential race. Carly, as everyone else, is entitled to their opinion without insulting those you may not agree with. Doing so makes you no better than a liberal.
