So now Trump will have to arrange a meeting of the people somewhere else?
I think if it comes down to The Media and establishment repubs shunning Trump, they are out for a rude awakening.

If he indeed invited Kelly to attend, he (and she) had best be prepared to be roasted by those attending. Trump may have gone a tad far with his comment, but Kelly deserves to be ridiculed for her poor "debate" performance.
