I think that Fox News will lose a good share of viewers after that mockery of a debate that was really just a hatchet job to benefit the GOPe/RNC. They're definitely going to lose a huge number of conservative/center-right viewers. Maybe they'll pick up more liberal viewers, who now realize that Fox News has joined their side.
