She could have squashed the firestorm that burnt Maryland and beyond, just by giving a buzz to old Big Ears and cluing him in that, in this case, there is a documented flake involved that will make them all look stupid in the end.
But that means caring about that quaint old thing, truth.

If all this it true, Misby will screw of her case so badly the cops will probably be found not guilty on most if not all counts. her INcompitence will result in hundreds of millions of dollars in damage as a result of the looting, crime, arson, etc. that will follow.
How does one make an ethics complaint to the bar association or Board of Ethics? Is that peopled by her relatives?

Looks like the defense has good grounds for a Brady complaint. Pretty tame compared to all the other misdeeds by the prosecutor.
That too, and yet that seems to be some of the lesser harm done by that cover up.

It’s obvious at this point that Obama/Soros have been placing their ‘soldiers’ throughout the
judiciary (the judge who blocked release of more Planned Parenthood videos in Calif)
the prosecutorial offices (like halfwit Mosby)
the city mayors (the half-witted Baltimore mayor who was stupid enough to repeat publicly her direction straight from Valerie Jarret to give the rioters “room to destroy”)
etc.
There is going to be such a vigorous effort to sweep this under the rug... because it always worked before.
If he actually reported such a thing, the law is pretty clear that medical attention should have been summoned at that point — and that would make them look bad if they did not. The time for justice is when the medics find nothing.
This clouds the case... there could be poxes on more than one house.
MY PREDICTION
Mosby will soon be a member of the US House of Representatives from her district
while the Baltimore mayor is a good bet to become a US Senator from Maryland.
And if you don’t like it, complain to the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission—which is a nest of leftwing operatives.
I suppose that is one way: kick them upstairs.
