I find it amazing that in most of (Liberal) Western Europe, Abortion is only allowed within the first Trimester (12 weeks).

There are the usual exceptions, life of the Mother, Rape, Incest, yet those same Laws would be fought tooth and nail if introduced in this Country.

Here is what Republicans should propose, Europe’s Abortion Laws and Mexico’s Immigration Laws should be mirrored here.

I've always wondered why it would take a woman over 12 weeks to decide to abort her child. Why? If you could not "handle" a pregnancy, wouldn't you know it immediately? And then as the baby is growing inside the womb, doesn't its humanity become more and more evident? After one third of the pregnancy is over and only two thirds to go, why wouldn't one even consider adoption at that point? By the way, forget the health of the mother rationale because that reason is never valid.
