I recall the days of bliss when once you left the office, you were “offline”. And if you needed to make a call you stopped at a pay phone.
Today it’s horror for many to not be connected in the vein to technology.

I tried to make a cell phone call this morning. I live in the Florida Panhandle.
All I got was noise and a strange static sounding noise too.
I didn’t think much about it at the time as the call was not important and I just hung up.

Phil Valentine was talking about this on his radio show this afternoon. Said police dept.’s and emergency services were affected, and that’s never a good thing. Hope the issue is cleared up quickly. It’s more than just an inconvenience in their cases. It’s dangerous for those ho need help.

About a month ago we lost land phone off & on for 3 weeks and had no internet for that same period. I suspected it was cyber attack but a friend told me that particular provider has always been less than competent.
I'll re-think cyber attack
