What is the background of this?
I was thinking the same thing. There may be more to the story.
Does seem though that the officer acted unprofessionally.
The cops said, “I have no idea who you are” to the homeowner.
I’ve never seen anything like this. The cop stops and pulls his gun for absolutely no reason in an attempt to intimidate, that doesn’t work, so he just drives away????
I do not think I have ever witnessed a cop doing something so insanely stupid. This is way over the top.

Don’t know, but the cop said he didn’t know the guy, so whatever it was, it apparently had nothing to do with it.
