It’s probably a safe bet. They’ll have all kinds of cash to toss around.
The reason the other countries want the deal is money. They think Iran’s hate is so focused on Israel and the US, that any WMD action won’t target them—giving them a chance to respond and re-balance the world order. Plus, they don’t believe the Iranian’s apocalyptic rhetoric.
Money, money, money.
So, yes, the Iranians will buy from whomever will sell to them.
Ever wonder why so many of these middle east nations are incapable of developing their own weapons...from rifles to fighter jets, they have to buy them from the west, for the most part.

France sold Iraq a bunch of SAMs in 2003 even as our troops rolled into Iraq.
How fast will Iran blow through that money they were just given back? Iran gets/got its money through oil sales. With oil prices plunging how long will it be before they wind up like Venezuela?
