Don’t worry about soccer spreading; the Latinos watch their own leagues from their own countries anyway. I like watching World Cup soccer, but the fact is that the US soccer leagues have so little money (due to such little interest) that they will always be a third-rate product. Baseball itself (in my eyes) is another indicator of the “Latinization”; the lineups read like South American soccer teams.
As far as K-12, there are about half a dozen years between my oldest & youngest children, and the class pictures tell it all: The oldest has a class about 50% “Anglo”, while the youngest is in a class that is probably 25% - in such a short span. The open borders/de facto amnesty are to prevent the school system from closing entirely.
