Obama Appointee And Bundler Blocks More Video Releases By Group Behind Planned Parenthood Sting July 31, 2015 By Mollie Hemingway
A federal judge late Friday granted a temporary restraining order against the release of recordings made at an annual meeting of abortion providers. The injunction is against the Center for Medical Progress, the group that has unveiled Planned Parenthood’s participation in the sale of organs harvested from aborted children.
Judge William H. Orrick, III, granted the injunction just hours after the order was requested by the National Abortion Federation.
Orrick was nominated to his position by hardline abortion supporter President Barack Obama. He was also a major donor to and bundler for President Obama’s presidential campaign. He raised at least $200,000 for Obama and donated $30,800 to committees supporting him, according to Public Citizen.
Even though the National Abortion Federation filed its claim only hours before, Orrick quickly decided in their favor that the abortionists they represent would, ironically, be “likely to suffer irreparable injury, absent an ex parte temporary restraining order, in the form of harassment, intimidation, violence, invasion of privacy, and injury to reputation, and the requested relief is in the public interest.”
Thus far the videos have featured born-alive humans discussing the killing of what abortion providers themselves call “babies,” the “crushing” of their bodies and harvesting of their organs for sale to for-profit companies.

President Obama Nominates Two to Serve on the US District Court

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, President Obama nominated Judge Jon S. Tigar and William H. Orrick, III to serve on the United States District Court.
“I am honored to put forward these highly qualified candidates for the federal bench,” President Obama said. “They will be distinguished public servants and valuable additions to the United States District Court.”
Judge Jon S. Tigar: Nominee for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California
Judge Jon S. Tigar has been a judge on the Alameda County Superior Court since 2002. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Tigar practiced complex commercial litigation at Keker & Van Nest LLP for eight years. He served as a public defender in San Francisco from 1993 to 1994 and was a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 1990 through 1992. He began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert S. Vance of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Judge Tigar received his J.D. in 1989 from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley and his B.A. in 1984 from Williams College.
William H. Orrick, III: Nominee for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California
William H. Orrick, III currently serves as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., a position he has held since June 2010. From June 2009 to June 2010, he served as counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Orrick worked at the San Francisco law firm of Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP for 25 years. Orrick joined Coblentz as an associate in 1984 and became a partner in 1988. He began his legal career as an attorney at the Georgia Legal Services Program from 1979 to 1984. Orrick received his J.D. cum laude in 1979 from the Boston College Law School and his B.A. cum laude in 1976 from Yale University.
The cronyism of this criminal cabal is stunning.
Our justice department is in on it, so is the judiciary.

There must be some sort of whistleblower protection available here. What is to stop some journalist from viewing the tapes and reporting the truth. The videos then become evidence for the inevitable lawsuit and part of the public record. This is a delay, that’s all. Mark 4:22
This is only an indication of how barbaric it really is.
I am in awe of David, the guy who recorded all of these videos. He is only 26 years old! That means he would have been 23 or 24 when he began recording.

“I couldn’t make it right in my mind.”

An ex-Planned Parenthood director recently discussed the moment of truth for her and some dirty secrets her former employer does not want the public to know.
Abby Johnson worked at a Planned Parenthood facility in Texas for 8 years, eventually working her way up to director. She recently sat down for an interview with conservative political commentator Steven Crowder and shared why she left the industry.
She recounted how one week a new abortion doctor rotated through her facility who, unlike the other doctors, used an ultrasound machine to assist him during the procedure. Johnson told Crowder that as director, she usually was not in the room while the abortions were being performed–but the doctor asked for her help:
My job with to hold the ultrasound probe on the woman’s abdomen so he could see what was going on during the abortion, and I watched a 13 week old baby fight and struggle for his life during that abortion procedure, and I knew then that I had been lied to. I knew that because of that, I had, in turn, lied to thousands of women who had come through my facility.
That was a “turning point” for her. “I couldn’t make it right in my mind,” she recalled. “I knew I had to leave and that is when I made my decision to quit.”
Abby left her job a week later (in 2009) and was sued by Planned Parenthood out of fear she would give away proprietary secrets. She prevailed in the suit. There is no law against becoming pro-life, she told talk show host.

Absolutely right. Most Americans need a visual cue to know who “the Bad Guys” are. Their ability to reason having been so stunted by education & media indoctrination.
The restraining order is brief, but quite shocking. It basically says, the evidence before me shows you are going to cause great harm to the National Abortion Federation, so I command you to issue no more videos. You can come to me next week and argue your case.
