Equates to only about 7 minutes talk time for each candidate. In reality, it'll be about 30 minutes for Trump and 4 minutes for everyone else.
This first debate will be owned by Trump. He's the guy people are going to be tuning in to watch. Fox knows this. And he's going to deliver.
Expect Trump's popularity to skyrocket after the show.
