So, sea ice is more “resilient” that scientists originally assumed, according to the Wall Street Journal. In fact, a “single cool summer” actually stopped the ice cap around the North Pole from melting:
Using new satellite data, researchers at University College London reported in Nature Geoscience on Monday that the total volume of sea ice in the Northern Hemisphere was well above average in the autumn of 2013, traditionally the end of the annual melt season, after an unusually cool summer when temperatures dropped to levels not seen since the 1990s.
“We now know it can recover by a significant amount if the melting season is cut short,” said the study’s lead author Rachel Tilling, a researcher who studies satellite observations of the Arctic. “The sea ice might be a little more resilient than we thought.”

2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.
3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet’
4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.
5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.
6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.
7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.
Well, part of it is true I believe because now in Florida, di-hydrogen monoxide turns to a solid at 40deg F. :>}
If the science is settled why are governments spending Billions of dollars on research grants to investigate global warming/climate change/climate disruption/(...insert this weeks nomenclature here...)

I heard that eminent climate scientist, Hairy Reed, proclaim from the senate floor just this morning that the sea would rise by 60 feet.
The reality is probably closer to 6 inches (if that).
We just did a 9-1/2 year journey of a probe to Pluto which required a gravity boosted assist from Jupiter, but we are fooled by melting ice?
I hear there is ice on Pluto. Wonder what it’s status is due to SUVs.
