Riding a wave of non-stop publicity, a new poll shows mogul Donald Trump solidly in first place among 256 likely Republican primary and caucus voters nationwide, says pollster John Zogby, who reveals that the billionaire is now in the lead with support from 20 percent of likely primary voters overall. The percentage is even higher among women voters.
Jeb Bush is in second place with 16 percent, followed by Gov. Scott Walker, Sen. Rand Paul, Ben Carson, Sen. Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Govs. Chris Christie, John Kasich and Bobby Jindal.
Mr. Bush bests Mr. Trump among all Republicans and among male voters. Mr. Trump, however, triumphs among conservatives, independents and female voters. He has a huge lead among women, Mr. Zogby said - 26 percent to Mr. Bushs 10 percent, and 7 percent for Mr. Walker.
This is not the first survey which reveals Mr. Trump has appeal for women voters - support deemed crucial by analysts who have also warned that the candidates style might not appeal to the ladies. The findings suggest otherwise. A new Washington Post-ABC News poll also found that he leads among the GOP female demographic, garnering 23 percent of the vote, with Mr. Walker in second with 16 percent - and Mr. Bush a distant third with 8 percent.

I don’t get how people see him as an alpha male? I’ve never seen one that acts like a hysterical diva, feeding with everyone, riddled with insecurity. Does he act like John Wayne or Ronald Reagan? No, he acts like the real housewives of reality tv. No manly man acts like he does. I guess a lot of people in this country have totally forgotten what masculinity is.
Thank you.
The divorce issue is a non-starter!
It's perfect to find your soulmate the first time around, but that's not always possible.
Trump is the ultimate girly man. All he does is get his system and catfish with everyone he can find. And he looks like an old lady now. You’d think his campaign would at least get him a testosterone patch.
If he I’d so unafraid, why does he refuse to say anything to offend gays? He absolutely cowers before them. And gay activists know it - they have laid off him.
And to just drive the point home of how out of touch the Establishment Rs and RNC are to this who is the Head of the RNC right now...
Pee Wee Herman. Everything a Gender Neutral quisling should be!
He has two daughters. Check out Tiffany followed her older siblings to Wharton Business School. Quite the looker as one would expect. Her mother is very happy that she has the older children to mentor her who she is very fond and proud
Ivana when expected her second child did a wonderful magazine article about her parents and discipline
I see, my bad.
But who knows those ‘independents and female voters’. Hot trend this, three months later hot trend that.
“...they would prefer the mushy approach...”
And Jeb! would reply, “And your point is?”
One can conclude much about a man who raises strong and intelligent daughters.
You don't hang around much with the top hat and monocle set at the Country Club, do you?
Neither do I.
I can imagine that Trump is intimidating to men who lack confidence.
When lib women pundits start making the odd remark that he’s attractive or sexy, it’ll he all over. Obama and the quisling pajama boy standard for manhood he espoused left the nation starving for leadership and a hunger for good old fashioned TESTOSTERONE for goodness sake. The other candidates are either fighting the Trumpsterone wave or surfing with it and finding new balz.
Look at Cruz. I’ll bet he grew new chest hair and is making his wife an astonishingly happy woman. Beating his chest in the Senate and letting them know the silverbacks are in town ;)
LOL.
Yep and envious men, too.
Oh no nick carraway... Oh, hi Nick!
Anyone who needs to brag and overcompensate that much must have very deep insecurities.
I don't know what your issues are about Trump. Why not just sit back and enjoy the ride?
Was that meant to mean something?
The 256 people polled were all Bush family members, and even at that Jeb came in second. Just sayin’.
Maybe some people envy him, but why would you? I doubt it’s very fun being him. He can’t even enjoy himself. Look at how much he overcompensates. That’s sone I be tortured by insecurities. He’s older than Hillary and not even comfortable in his own skin.
