The WSJ mentioned (way down in the article) that a little tidbit the rest of the media is not mentioning. Yes, there were 4 classified emails that triggered the referral, but the IG only looked at a sample of 40 emails. That's 10%. There were tens of thousands of emails turned over, more that were erased.
A solid investigation would start pulling all the email from addresses that sent Clinton email to that address. Cross referencing what Clinton turned over and look for attempts to destroy evidence. We know that won't happen.

Collecting intelligence is always a matter of cross-checking your sources. We have all been assuming that Benghazi was compromised by a native security guard.
He was probably just used for confirmation.
The enemy, and let’s remember that Iran and Russia are also involved, was probably gathering significant information from Hillary Clinton’s e-mails.
She may be the proximate cause of the attack in Benghazi and the murders of four Americans.
