Sorry, but this reminds me of McCain canceling his campaign to handle the economy crisis.
If he has a pattern of going to military funerals around the country the good for him. If this is just what he does as a Presidential candidate, then it seems a lot like a politician.
My first thought when reading the headline. We're probably being too skeptical about it though.
McCain was 2 month before the election, we’re half a year away from the first primary.
No comparison. Besides, Walker is not suspending his campaign, he’s cancelling a couple of events.
He’s governor of WI .. Going to a military funeral for a citizen of WI who was murdered by Obola’s policies.
This is Scott Walker personified. he is a good man; a considerate man; a man of faith.
He took the time out of his schedule to call my sister, speak to her, and add her name to his prayer list. This was about 1 month ago. My sister has pancreatic cancer, and her granddaughter works at the WI state capitol in Gov. Walker’s office. Not many politicians would do that for a woman who is a Grandmother to an employee.
He was from Gov. Walkers state, don’t read political motives into EVERYTHING, for cripesake!
From what I've seen and read, Walker does have "a pattern" of attending funerals of Wisconsin servicemen who were killed in line of duty. As far as he is concerned, it's in keeping with his role as governor of Wisconsin.
He’s our flippin’ GOVERNOR! He attends this stuff on a regular basis.
Even our Socialist-Lawyer-Putz, Ex-Governor, ‘Diamond Jim’ Doyle used to do the same.
But, I understand the confusion. After DECADES of America being adrift and rudderless, LEADERSHIP becomes hard to recognize. ;)
