This is all getting to her. She sounded robotic when she announced it “was not” a criminal investigation. But, the reality is that it can quickly turn into one. Lying to Federal investigators earns some prison time. That’s what Martha Stewart got busted for, and spent nine months in Federal Prison.

They say they found classified information in the emails. They don't say whether Hillary was the sender or the recipient. She claims the department knew she was running her own server.
If anyone at the department sent her email containing classified information, and they knew it was going an unsecured external server then they're responsible for exposing the information.
If they knew it was classified, but didn't know it was being sent to an unsecured server, then I think that would fall on the department head.
Let's see, who was the head of the State Department back then?
