Trump’s history has been all over the board. His public stand lately is encouraging but Cruz has been consistent.
I love what Trump is doing, but Cruz is a Constitutional expert. Trump is clearly not.
Look, I like Cruz too, but come on. Be honest with yourself.
Cruz had to take McConnell to task, to rid HIMSELF of the blame for voting for this.
There is no excuse for voting for a support bill to a bill you say you don’t support. What one thing could McConnell tell him that would make it okay to vote for a support bill to make a bill he didn’t want possible?
If don’t want something, I don’t take one step to make that something more likely to take place.
Cruz speaks well but you have to admit he has accomplished zip as a political leader. He is a brilliant, brilliant lawyer, which is a very impressive and useful talent to have. He should stick to what he is good at though.
