The real vote was the cloture vote and Cruz voted to continue debate. After cloture passed it was a done deal. But he still voted for it, along with Lee, Paul, and Rubio, leaving Cotton out to dry.

Yea some votes I just do not understand. Lee and Sessions are excellent conservatives. Paul is pretty good too so why they all voted for it is a mystery to me.
