"When I came back from the gym at 7 I talked to the police there who said the U.S. Mint police had been attacked by the dogs. One of the dogs was shot in the leg. They asked me a few questions but nothing too serious. Animal Care & Control passed by me not two minutes later." I can see it now. "If U.S. Mint police can shoot a dog in the leg then why did the po-lice have to shoot my baby boy Kwanzishiki in the chest? He was a good boy, about to turn his life around and go to college someday."

The one dog (Luna? tick?) went after a woman who beat it off with a cane, then it attacked a bum, then a jogger, then a cop who shot it in the leg.
