John Kass: I'm certain Dr. Nucatola doesn't consider herself to be evil. Perhaps you don't either. But I do.
---
When we think of evil, we think of something violent or demonic, something filled with hatred and wretchedly hungry to devour the good.
But what if evil eats a salad at lunch and is polite, speaking rationally with nice table manners?
I've just seen a video where evil casually spears lettuce on a fork and calmly, scientifically, discusses the market for the body parts of aborted fetuses, while sipping a glass of wine.
"I'd say a lot of people want liver," Dr. Deborah Nucatola, senior medical director for Planned Parenthood, says in the video.
She was speaking of the livers of aborted fetuses and then she popped more greens into her mouth and gestured with her fork. She explained to her luncheon companions people she apparently thought were buyers of body parts for research but who were secretly recording her why ultrasound images are so important.
They're important because they help doctors harvest the organs they want without damaging them.
Who wants a crushed liver?
"And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound evidence," she said, picking up her wine glass, "so they'll know where they're putting their forceps."
---
What's chilling is the absolute calmness in her voice.
I'm certain Dr. Nucatola enjoying a nice lunch of salad and red wine and discussing organ harvests of the unborn doesn't consider herself to be evil. Perhaps you don't either.
But I do. I have no other way to see it.

Dispense with fear of God...bang, you’re evil.
Kass is a dissident in liberal Chicago.
Not possible to see the article without registering, but there is enough here to give the gist.
Yeah, that registration popped up the moment I posted it to Free Republic. Right before that the whole thing opened easily with no nonsense.
Must be a random glitch... right? LOL!
Amazing that this was printed in the Chicago Trib.
Hooray for Kass! Willing to take a moral stand in the midst of evil and “go along to get along”.
Web page opens fine on another computer. Click the link and check for yourself, the article is short, but good.
Wine at lunch?
So...
I read somewhere today that it is ILLEGAL for them to sell body parts this way.
If that is true, was there any PAPERWORK for the sales?
Where did the ILLEGAL income get reported? If it was not reported, did she line her own pockets with it? Was it cash? Were taxes paid?
Al Capone was never convicted of any crimes except tax-evasion.
Pretty much. "Fear of God" is fear of the inescapability of God's Law. Get rid of that "fear," i.e. believe that you can escape God's Law, and what will restrain you from indulging in evil? After all, without God's Law, there is no evil - you've defined it away!
That's liberalism in a nutshell.
Evil, a ghoul.

AND whether the billionaire Clintons have a financial interest in companies selling baby body parts.
===========================================
NOTE Then-Pres Clinton is credited w/ opening up the market in fetal body parts. Since Clinton signed the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act of 1993, fetal-tissue research has expanded into a federally subsidized multi-million dollar industry of selling human spare parts salvaged from abortions.
For example, the NIH budgeted $21 million in fiscal year 1999 for grants and awards for fetal tissue research. At the University of Washington, the NIH subsidizes the central laboratory for human embryology.
According to a lab notice obtained by WorldNetDaily, it can supply tissue from normal or abnormal embryos and fetuses of desired gestational ages between 40 days to term. Specimens are obtained within minutes of passage, and tissues are aseptically identified, staged, and immediately processed according to the requirements of individual investigators. The notice is signed by Alan G. Fantel of the department of pediatrics.
At the time, two organizations that profited from this growth industry were (the now defunct) Opening Lines, a business formerly located in West Frankfort, Illinois...... and Anatomic Gift Foundation, headquartered in Laurel, Maryland.
Both companies served as wholesalers for the marketing of baby body parts to researchers, drug companies, hospitals and universities. These groups harvest the parts from abortion clinics and ship them to their customers.
Opening Lines provides fetal tissue researchers with a fee for service schedule, which gives prices for each body part. For example, Opening Lines charged:
<><> $150 for a spinal column;
<><> $400 for an intact embryonic cadaver;
<><>$75 for the eyeballs of an eight-week-old baby (with a 40% discount for a single eye);
<><>$150 for two arms or legs; and,
<><> $100 for the skin of a 12-week-old baby.
Opening Lines gives credit to President Clinton for opening up the lucrative business in fetal tissue trade.
According to Opening Lines, on January 22, 1993, Clinton lifted the moratorium on federal funding. This action created a great demand for fetal tissue and has made possible the development of treatments for individuals afflicted with serious diseases and disorders, says the sales brochure. It is hard to imagine any sort of rationalization or reasoning that could lead a person down this path. Mere greed is not enough. Complete moral bankruptcy is the only explanation I can see.
