Pentagon Refuses to Arm Military Recruiters – Tells Them to “Close the Blinds”
Army chief of staff Gen. Ray Odierno said on Friday he has no plans to arm recruiters or add security patrols to military recruitment centers in the wake of the Islamist terror attacks on unarmed, unguarded military offices in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Thursday. Odierno basically said he doesn’t trust his troops to handle their weapons properly.
Also on Friday, the Marine Corps ordered recruiters to not wear their uniforms at work for ‘force protection.’
Today the Pentagon added this– Military recruiters are being told to “close the blinds” for added safety.
Gretchen Carlson reported:

Obama trusts Iran with nuclear weapons, but he doesn’t even trust our armed forces with firearms. There is something seriously wrong with those voters who put Obama within the margin of fraud and allowed him to take power over our country.
Brilliant! Put all those guns "we" have been buying to good use.
The only good I can see coming out of this presidency is that when it’s over (and we get a conservative American in the White House) it’ll mean a boom of good employment jobs to rebuild what our country has gone through the past 8 years....

This is EXACTLY like the directive to returning Vietnam military not wear their uniform. This was when they were being attacked in airports on their return, and being spit on etc.
This is a MILITARY answer to a threat— not wear a uniform. That certainly serves the meme of the “civilian” police force of plainclothes, coupled with the militarization of the uniformed domestic police forces. Very odd response.
.....Or maybe opportunities for those Americans with gun permits and guns to guard those entrances even more.

I can’t come up with an answer to that. It’s sad. At the very least, this is truth in advertising. Right at the very beginning of the process, a young man can see that his country doesn’t care for him, doesn’t entrust him, doesn’t give him a fighting chance. Better at the recruitment stage than later on down the line.
Why does White House security carry weapons, wear uniforms and why do they have a fence….which they are now putting spikes on?
Oh, yeah, SOME lives matter. I forgot.
