I thought Trump was a bit taken aback by Matt Lauer being part of the media hit squad. Score points for Trump; he got in his digs against McCain, he (as much as possible in that barrage) set the record straight, and Trump made the point very clear that McCain does nothing to improve the plight of veterans.

I was disgusted.....with media. All of the masquerade pretending they're unbiased is stripped off. Whatever happened to "the fourth estate" keeping us informed and being objective? I'd be surprised if seeing the media at its very worst isn't helping Trump.

Trump is taking the trashing on the chin and not letting it get to him. He keeps hitting back with truth and the media and his fellow candidate detractors look like the a$$es they are.
