Why does Juan McCain get away with spitting on his own voters but Trump gets a smack down for every little but of nonsense?
I haven’t followed this Trump/McCain spat. But Trump needs to learn to overlook some
things and just keep his
mouth shut. Let the people who elect a person decide if they want that person to
represent them. If Trump keeps dissing various groups/people he’ll be out of this
race before he really gets into crunch time.
If I were running, I would not diss McCain’s war record, even though I have often assumed his injuries were NOT from torture, but from crashing his plane, or villagers beating him up before he was taken prisoner. I do not trust the man. Something is not right with McCain in the head and the soul.
No apology - I like that.
McCain has stabbed conservatives in the back so many times, whatever he did in Vietnam wore off a long time ago.
Trump was very restrained.
He did not mention McCain owes us five planes.

If people really knew about the TRUTH behind John “Songbird” McCain’s service and captivity, they would curse his name. There’s a reason his fellow POWs despise him.
McCain has hidden behind his status as a war hero for a long time. He endured real, actual torture - not the fake torture that gives liberals the vapors these days, and for that he is a hero. This doesn’t make him above criticism for his abysmal record as a senator.
Wouldn’t it be great if Obola and Clueless Joe were ritually sacrificed like this every time they say something that’s poorly worded?
All of the gopE candidates are implying that Trump disparaged veterans. He did no such thing. I’m a veteran and I’m not the least bit offended. In fact, I wish someone would tell the truth about the treasonous acts McCain committed while a POW.
And Trump’s statement about McCain is all facts. I’m glad he’s not backing down.
At one time (a time long ago) McCain was a “hero”. He squandered that and became a piece of shit through his ever increasing commie leaning tendencies. He’s calling people fired up for their freedom “crazies”. May he and his family rot in hell for the political games they play..F’ all of them.
