Yeah, I blame the boneheaded owners for not keeping them in and/or fixed. Still, I think that is wrong. I do think the cats are doing Darwin a service where they catch the slow, dumb part of the various species and the fast and smart will survive. Still, it could change when the kitties start fighting from the rooftops. B-)

I vote no to this...I’m against it. Cats are super efficient, effective varmint controllers.....and Australia will soon afterwards have a major rodent problem...
Maybe they can sew little pouches on them and then they’ll be cute little “Aussie Rats”, or give them one of their unique little names that they give certain animals.
