Are lawsuits possible?

With comments like:Let one point be clear: our conclusion today ends this unconstitutional John Doe investigation.

How can this not be prosecutable? (not a lawyer-just play one on TV)

Prosecutors get inconsequently “slammed” and taxpayers pay millions in staff fees.

The innocent have their lives turned upside down for years and are out multi 6-figures in legal expenses.

It will only be “justice” when that prosecutor ends up disbarred and in jail.

I’m sure the John Doe prosecutors violated NUMEROUS laws and restrictions. It surely can’t be legal to use the resources of the government to unjustly/illegally try to destroy your perceived enemies. Hopefully there will be folks in Wisconsin able and willing to pursue them criminally. And, regardless of whether criminal matters are pursued, civil actions will almost certainly be taken by the folks the John Doe prosecutors OPPRESSED.

Excellent point. All the rats will take from this, is to choose their targets more carefully next time.

I really like to read Louis L’Amour books on the old west. If this was one of his fictitious story of the old west, one of these victims would have killed that prosecutor - in self defense.

To reinvent their constitutionally-protected political activity as a criminal conspiracy, to shut down those activities indefinitely, and to silence their targets through oppressive gag orders

Which was and is the plan that Lerner and Holder tried at the national level

“It was an outrageous injustice that has finally been rectified. “

Not rectified until someone goes to prison for prosecutorial misconduct.

Slams demorat prosecutor and that’s it? Why isn’t the prick in jail? Its essentially terroristic what he caused. That goes for the jackbooted thugs that carried out the orders as well.I hope there are charges against this guy but I wont hold my breath.

The special prosecutor’s legal theory is unsupported in either reason or law. Consequently, the investigation is closed.

The words of the Judges day it all. But the left has achieved its goal too -- by causing chaos in the lives of a lot of innocent people. I certainly hope that harsh punishments finds its way to the out of control prosecutors.

O.K., we now have the strongly worded letter.

When does the accountancy begin?

Where is the redress? Where are the names of the players? What are the future deterrents?

Is Colleen crying again?
