Here are several better ideas:
Total elimination of gun free zones.
Protect soft targets and allow the military to carry sidearms anywhere.
(I live near a base and sometimes 40-50 cars are in line at the gate with drivers, waiting to get in and go to work.
Constitutional carry.
According to the terrorist-in-chief they just need jobs and all the shootings will go away.
