The article is geared toward homosexuals. I only posted it, because it says 2.5% of DC's population is infected with HIV. How many homosexuals live in DC (70% of HIV infections are spread between homosexuals). Apparently, they must congregate in DC, so they can spread the homosexual agenda.

Actually, the pharmaceutical cocktails used to treat HIV have become quite effecacious. It has come to be treated as a chronic disorder, similar to NHL or CML.

Very misleading rate. Exactly. I know personally of several instances. Besides the PC aspects of it, it allows denial by surviving family members. Particularly in a case where the man had 5 kids and left his wife for another man, later dying of AIDS. But some of the kids still insist it was complications of pneumonia.
