Gunman Holds 10 People Hostage in Paris Store

French police report gunmen have taken ten hostages in a shopping centre on the outskirts of Paris.

Authorities said the gunmen barricaded themselves in the Primark shop in Villeneuve-la-Garenne just north of central Paris.

Special Forces have been dispatched to the scene.

According to early reports two or three armed men entered the Primark in an attempted robbery.

This may be "only" an ordinary robbery. But memories are fresh of the Muslim terrorist who took hostages and murdered Jews earlier this year - also at a Paris grocery store.

Now seeing a report of 18 hostages. And it’s a clothes store not a grocery.

Now reported that French special police have evacuated 18 people from the store.

Who knows? Pretty thin reporting on the event. I’m looking mostly at a Norwegian newspaper website (vg.no) that in turn is following a couple sources, including a French language twitter news feed.

I was in Berlin a couple of times. If I remember right, Alexanderplatz was in East Berlin. Going into East Berlin was kind of eerie. The East Berliners knew who we were, as we were required to wear our uniforms while we were there. Those Soviet communist pigs at Checkpoints Alpha and Bravo, were a bunch of capitalists, as they tried to sell us Soviet Army hats, insignias and belt buckles. What Bourgeoisie they were.
