I think he's trying to say that the concept of rational argument, having been developed by white males, is naturally filled with suppositions they make about the state of reality. Because Non-white males inevitably do not share those suppositions, the very concept of rationality is therefore flawed.

Essentially he is saying that experiential reality (i.e. that which people experience) supercedes objective reality, because in his mind what we call objective reality is actually nothing more than white-male experiential reality.

The most polite thing to be said about this argument is that the good professor is obviously not a scientist.

He's a Philosophy and Religion professor at Syracuse, which is a highly regarded university. And he's feeding young minds with that scary convoluted argument against rational thought. YIKES!!
