So, Saudi has to drill less wells because they’re, um, sitting on an ocean of oil that’s easy to get at? Their ‘government’ doesn’t stop them at every turn? They’re actually SMART enough to use the Natural Resources that GOD gave them in the FIRST place, unencumbered by EnviroWeenies?
