Yup. And, if you’ve been to the VA and been “counseled”, you could be in for a rude awakening. But I don’t think that’s too much of a problem since the VA seems to have a hard time getting there act together.
As of now, they’d still have to file some sort of official court, recorded action, IMO. They are heading there for sure, but that’s why they want these laws eased up. So they can capriciously deny an application based on near hearsay.
