Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Golly, that sure sounds familiar, doesn't it? Probably written down on some antiquated piece of paper on some foreign land.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. except where such rights conflict with the right to not be offended.

The founders forgot to put that in. Justices Kennedy and Roberts will correct that oversight with the hearty concurrence of Breyer,Sotomayor, and Ginsburg and the mean spirited dissents by Scalia, Alioto, and Thomas who are Fascists and racist haters.
