A Waco police detective was selected Wednesday to preside over a new McLennan County grand jury that could be the panel that considers the Twin Peaks shootings.
We fine Gonna turn off generator soon and go to bed with the chickens.
Be safe, be well....!!

First it was Gay Marriage, and I said nothing...
The keep coming back to ‘a bunch of family men out for a sunday ride were ambushed by LE’ but now the LE had machine guns!
WTF! Can’t wait to see what next week brings ...
~~~~~~~
Just how many of those ten (10) rounds fired by LEOs were fired in full auto or burst mode?
Must have been an awfully brief encounter...
(I can do that in five seconds or less with a semiautomatic Ruger 10-22.)
Lib-hyperbolize much?
Ah. Indictment has so little meaning that structural bias means nothing to you, how very sad?
No need to reply your opinion means nearly nothing to me and I would wager that I am not alone in this.
I see. Sort of like being present when the Kenyan was sworn in. Any injuries or crimes committed following this would be the crime upon which hinges the charge of conspiracy. Did I get it? See, I could have been a lawyer!
There ya go, proving beyond any doubt my 122.
For you own well-being, it might do you good to acquaint your self with rudimentary legal proceedings. Then again, lead a horse to water...........
Yepper. Compared to those who believe the bikers were massively wronged that day; those who believe the narrative coming from Waco is miniscule. Mostly because anyone with even a modicum of common sense can see how this is way too similar to Waco One. The corruption runs deep within the LE side of this in Waco. Another word for good old boy club is ‘corruption’.
One big question now is; will the DA and those involved in this cover up get away with it. Time will tell but having a Waco PD cop as the Grand Jury Foreman reeks of good old boy corruption for sure.
I don’t see how a fair and impartial jury can be made up in the county Waco is in at this point. It would just be a dog and pony show put on by the DA and participating LEO’s.
Works for me too. Good evening.
Quit being such a snot
Nothing personal but it’s more than that
The sort of folks who settled Iowa and the rest of the upper Midwest have proven to be less socially conservative for any number of reasons
Lutheranism maybe
Germanic and Scandinavian affections for such cultural mores
Hell I don’t know but 51% whites in Iowa voted In 2012
10% of whites in Alabama voted Obama in 2012
You’re welcome to tell me why you reckon this is
It also explains why the GOPe and libs and media are purging my heritage as we speak
And some Freepers assisting
There is no need for the conspiracy to have been carried out, in order for conspiracy charges to attach. But, the authorities are supposed to have, you know, actual evidence of the crime before they arrest a person for committing it.
The 'fix' is in.
Irrelevant to what happened at Waco.
About the same count, here. and I, too, am surprised there hasn't been some ozone lingering.
The vitriol they sling, and everything from the concern trolls to the strawman arguments are a fascinating case study of trolldom on this issue.
Here, stepping back, I have noticed the attack on Freedom of Association/Assembly.
On other threads lately, on Freedom of Expression (Confederate Naval Ensign), and the attack on Freedom of Religion (...nor prohibit the exercise thereof) is coming over the issue of 'gay marriage' and wedding cakes. Freedom of the press will be under attack soon, although it already is for those who do not suck up to the Administration's version of events.
When these totalitarian boot-lickers are done with the First Amendment, either in legal precedent or in practice (by cowing people to the point they won't even try to exercise their rights), the question is which Amendment in the Bill of Rights will be next?
“I was mocking the tenor of your post”
Sometimes irony, sarcasm, etc. are lost in the typed words.
We here don’t have the clues of face-to-face contact: expression, tone of voice, gestures; nor the history of really knowing a person, in order to interpret what is said . . . in the way it was intended.
Thanks for your response.
That didn't work for Nifong. i do agree that the extended detention, absence of release w/o sufficient accusation, and continued legal process is damage control.
