It missed the Weber Grill by that much.

That is the “turkey feather” exhaust and part of the afterburner of the F-16’s engine. It is normally located just aft of the horizontal and vertical stabilizers
To be more clear, it’s the rear of the plane. It’s the augmenter and in this video it’s where the flames are;
