"Jordan is a proud Republican, though he doesn't like to be confined to an ideological cubby. He supports abortion rights and gay marriage, and his winery hawks its commitment to solar power. But he's deeply worried about the growing size and intrusiveness of government. "It is truly about the individual versus the state and the growth of the state," he says of the Obama era."

More on John Jordan. - Boehner's name comes up in the article.

John Jordan: RINO California winery owner who needs cheap Mexican illegals to pick grapes.

I wonder how many illegals Mr. Jordan employs at his winery?

You know, the winery jobs Americans won’t do.

But he's deeply worried about the growing size and intrusiveness of government.

I guess that statement only applies to situations where he disagrees with the purpose or intention of the intrusion. He certainly is not against arbitrary interference with other people's liberty to question totalitarian thought.

Not ready to endorse anyone, but I have repeatedly prayed for God's Blessings on Donald Trump & Ted Cruz for speaking truth to bullies.

I will not lower myself by saying on this thread what I would say to Mr. Jordan, should we ever meet. He is a discredit to American capitalism, and I will let it go at that.

Since posting #32, on this thread, I read the article you linked.

John Jordan is a Rove supporter! That basically defines his mental acuity! My assessment of Rove has not changed over the past decade. "Dysron," Quack or Mole.

Rove's folly is why we are in the present mess, both politically, legally and demographically.

Mr. Jordan may prefer a debate limited to Hispanic Jeb and Rino Jeb.
