Agree - some of those guys are ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING at what they do - they do not deserve to be STIGMATIZED by the AA hires, as blacks are in so many other fields.

I should have known this type of thing probably did exist, but it’s very strange how these sub-par people jump ahead of others.

It should be a strict qualifications only for some things, and I would think medicine would be one.

It’s gotten to the point that when I see an accomplished Black, I put an asterisk behind their degree. I don’t like that in myself, but the fact the system is games causes you to realize you may not be looking at the sharpest pencil in the box after all.

I don’t want a surgeon that only graduated with a 3.0 from College. I want the best and brightest guy/woman I can find.

I’ve seen a drop is quality of controllers over the [past few years. These idiots can’t keep 4 planes in the pattern organized. Some give directions in direct violation of safety and regulations. Others get frustrated and confused. Some make up rules and get belligerent about it.

If you think it is bad now, wait 10 years from now. By then every Government Agency, Bureau, and institution, along with the professions will be manned according to sexual preference, race, voting preference , and National Origin. The members of the ruling Class with head the political offices. Skill, aptitude, talent will have nothing to do with which job the applicant holds.
