What citizens can do to resist the ruling class’s redefinitions of moral and cultural norms

“To learn who rules over you, find out whom you are not allowed to criticize.” — Voltaire

If you’re wondering what Americans can do as our ruling class sets about enforcing its redefinition of marriage, start by looking back at what it did to the citizens of Indiana when their legislature raised the possibility that someone might object to joining in celebrations of homosexual marriage.

Support for homosexual unions was incidental to the insistence of the likeminded folks atop society’s commanding heights on punishing Indiana. What incurs their ire has less to do with any substantive matter than with the American people’s resistance to honoring their fantasies. These fantasies can be reversed without notice. (Obama opposed homosexual marriage until 2013.) But dissenting from any of them — whether about race, or sex, or science, or anything else — risks ostracism and disqualification from earning a living.

Indiana’s Republicans, its churches, and conservatives in general pled for the liberty to speak and act according to religious faith. They did not and do not argue the worth of the Judeo-Christian religious beliefs that the ruling class deems odious. This has proved to be self-defeating. Appeals for tolerance of all beliefs in the name of America’s traditional freedoms fail because they concede the ruling class’s assertion of its own moral-intellectual superiority, as well as its underlying assumption that good and evil, better and worse, are just other words for its own likes and dislikes.

The ruling class’s component groups jointly dismiss America’s traditional liberties because they aim to replace them with their own primacy. Having seized the power to redefine liberty, our rulers tighten their definitions around their opponents’ necks like nooses. Since their desire for primacy has no limit, they can’t stop tightening.

Not only do the Democrats not believe in the Ten Commandments, they are in open rebellion against God. Otherwise why did they three times vote to strike any mention of God from the party platform during the 2012 convention? The way they vociferously said NO, they could just as well been saying “Hail, Satan”.

God has abandoned the USA—at least for the time being—and allowed Satan and his demons control of the field. The question is what do we do to encourage the Almighty to return, and sweep the demons away? I think we know, bur our rulers are stiff-necks, and under Satan’s sway.

Excellent point. The way out of this is spiritual, and at times I don’t think it will be while I still dwell on this earth.

If I’m ever again called to jury duty and asked the rote question by a lawyer - “Do you promise to act on the basis of the law and not on what you think the law should be?” - I will say, “Hell, no. The Supreme Court doesn’t, so neither will I. The only guy in this court whose authority I respect is the guy over there with the gun.”

Something else that can be done is to ridicule the left. Take every idea they have and run it out to its logical conclusion. Slide down every slippery slope they create.

Resistance is the key: return to your faith. Display the Cross or Crucifix or the Star of David prominently at your home, on your car, and wear one. Do not attend “gay weddings” and shun religious leaders who condone them. Protect your children from the gay propaganda at schools and elsewhere.

Write your representatives and senators and political party leaders incessantly and don’t let them think that we will passively watch this happen.

Fight!

When the great revolution/civil war breaks out and starts winding down; one of the first things that need to be done is to isolate those who this article talks about and all far leftists. Maybe a state like Washington, Illinois, and NY/CN/MA. Run them out of the rest.
