Do they supervise what you have in safe deposit boxes there?

At my bank, I go get the safe deposit box and then am alone in a private room to do my business. How do banks know what you are taking from your box? Unless they do things differently there and a bank official looks over your shoulder when you are there.

I bet there are some well armed bank/guvment types there to be sure you don’t take out the worthless money.

According to this source (LINK):

"Deputy Finance Minister Nadia Valavanis caused an immediate uproar by stating on Alpha television that the government intended to block access to safe deposit boxes in banks vaults to savers to avert further bank run."

Which is the only way it can be implemented.

A month or 2 ago Chase Bank required safe deposit box renters to agree not to store cash in their boxes and to agree to allow them to turn over to the government any prohibited items in the box.

In the US people cannot keep Gold silver or cash in saftety deposit boxes It is against the law.

Government just open all the boxes and take what they want.

Soon after obama got into the white hut, I tried to warn people.

I was in Wachovia, and they had all the safety deposit boxes open.
I asked an employee I knew there what was going on.
This person said they were auditing the safety deposit boxes.
They were very nervous and walked away quickly.

Friends have told me it's been done at other banks too.
