Whether it is after being classified or having been classified, the fact that the data have been classified is warrant enough to seize the hardware. There isn’t any doubt about this. Not turning over the items in question is punishable in my opinion. She had to have signed an agreement/acknowledgement of how she has to treat information deemed classified in any capacity and directions about what actions are needed.

Seize everything NOW. Even if it is too late. This is already proof of a crime. charge the bitch and sent her away. This will take her campaign into the depths of the Atlantic where it will keep the server company.
