One of his supporters informed me that she/he wants Trump to be vague and avoid talking about issue. If that’s the way he wants to run I’m forced to rely on his past comments supporting gay marriage, a woman’s “right to choose”, support for gun control and socialized medicine.

This author’s feeling about Trump are somewhat similar to my own......he’s bringing a lot of passion and necessary bluntness to the campaign - will help the entire process.

But he’s got a very troubling liberal Democrat past.....

Donald Trump says it like it is and takes no $h^t, certainly a breath of fresh air.

Donald Trump is a combination of P.T. Barnum and J.P. Morgan, with a little Ross Perot mixed in.

Or are they low- and no-skilled workers who are barely literate in their native tongue coming here to be hired by companies willing to break the law to avoid the added administrative, labor and tax cost of hiring Americans?

Nailed it. I could literally give Trump more detailed information on these people that would shock Americans.

Each time Trump is shunned, or dropped or boycotted.....ie NBC, Univision, whatever.... I think. ‘this is it, he will back down’

..but he doesn’t

Now deBlasio wants to excommunicate him from New York.....

Either the Donald is the real deal with a fire in his belly....

Or a bridge too far will hit him.....and we lose our knight at the tip of the spear
(I like to mix my metaphors)

I want him to press on....I hope he does!

Well let’s see the statistics on Mexicans raping and being raped before Trump is written off. Even if ten rapist illegals get into our country...that is too much.

Amen, Kas. I am actually for Cruz at present. But I would vote for Donald in a heartbeat if he became the candidate.

Thing that gets me is the people who say they would NEVER vote for the Donald.

They don’t want him. They want, for instance, Charles Manson instead of the Donald.

They want some other fool - heck, they would flat out vote for Hillary over him.

The problem is they are very vocal - and very repetitive.

We shall see.

Very good article. IMO the only two people running on the GOP ticket with the force of personality to win a general election are Cruz and Trump. Any of the rest of them and you can just start saying President Clinton or President Sanders.

What is troublesome about TRUMP is how government is blatantly (and illegally) attempting to put him out of business - and Americans, the GOP, the DNC, and the MSM are cheering them on.

This country has fallen down and may not get up.

Trump may not be the best choice for president, and may not have a chance but at least he’s giving the ‘rats Hell.
He’s out there exposing them and saying things that nobody else has the guts to say- and he doesn’t back down. I admire his courage.

But where was he when the Obama first threw his turban in the ring? Surely he knew about his muzzie and commie upbringing and mentors. why didn’t he speak up?

We have to listen to this garbage from Hillary and Bernie Sanders and Trump is picked on for pointing out some serious border problems?

Nothing he said was wrong. They just didn’t like the way he said it, and they hated that he said it. The GOP establishment quickly fell in line, panicking over the comments. But note how they argued semantics, word choices (or omission), more than they did the substance.

I think this is one of the most valuable aspects of Trump's candidacy.

There's a lot about him I don't know, but so far, he seems to be working more or less like a spectrum analyzer.

He injects a well-known, and generally understood, characteristic energy into our society's social dialog, which excites the political spectrum such that we can then do a focused analysis of individuals and institutions to determine what they're made of by how they respond.

I have to admit, during the initial testing since it's been introduced to to field, it's been very effective.

Most of those who have been analyzed with it so far have shown to be made of thinly coated, brightly painted crap.
