The perp was found dead in the parking lot.
Albuquerque is getting as bad as some eastern cities with at least several shootings per week. This guy probably had a long felony rap sheet. And the catch and release bail policy puts the crooks back on the street about as soon as they're arrested.

Albuquerque is getting as bad as some eastern cities with at least several shootings per week. Yes, true. I don't think I've seen the number of shootings and shooting deaths so high since I've been here (2005). It's so you can't even turn on the news any given day and not see a murder or shooting.
