It doesn't matter what Gruber said or says. That is because as Antonin Scalia has said words no longer have meaning.

By extension the Bill of Rights no longer has meaning, it must be put in the context of the society we are in and that the Supreme Court Justices live in. What a truly sad day for the USA and our freedom.
