“Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them,” Roberts wrote in the majority opinion.
I'm not a lawyer but an average individual. but even I can see that there is nothing in the Constitution that upholds this 3000 page monstrosity called Obamacare. The Constitution limits the federal government and gives most of the power to the States and the people.
“The Constitution limits the federal government”
Are you serious? The constitution has done nothing to limit the government. NOTHING. A scrap of paper cannot restrict tyrants. The constitution has enabled this monstrosity. The anti-federalist were correct.
>>Roberts comes out as a full marxist/democrat/liberal <<
Either that or the NSA spying really did net some sort of impropriety on Roberts. Who knows, but something’s just wrong with this gubbamint.
It’s time for Oath Keepers to remember their oaths.
The Constitution RESERVES those rights and powers to the States and the People. They belong to the States and to the People inherently, especially the latter. The Federal Constitution grants certain limited power to the Federal Government, but We the People grant those powers. Our servants have taken over the estate (time to fire the lot of them).
Bush's Trojan horse.
