It certainly doesn’t make the cops guilty of murder but geez, what kind of training did these guys have?

Anyone with First Aid training, even a Boy Scout, wouldn’t have got the guy up off the floor and seated if he was complaining of breathing problems. Nor have delayed taking him to the hospital. Someone had real poor training and possibly an attitude, but how prosecutable is that as a crime?

The nice friendly guy....who would have bit your ass and spat in your face.

The police are allowed to forego active protection of a suspect if they feel their own welfare is at stake. And so they should.
