How could the law be any clearer? How do the “justices” justify this ruling?

Roberts fixed the original law. It had to be upheld.

How did Benedict Roberts justify his initial ruling? He didn’t have to. He is the supreme power in the land. All he has to do is pull law out of his butt.

If SCOTUS was bound by ACTUAL LAW, Obamacare would have been overruled on the face of it. Benedict Roberts created law out of whole cloth in upholding Obamacare. Why would you think he would suddenly change for this ruling? He and the other 5 Injustices are just creating law from the bench.
