I don’t know how Trump’s candidacy will play out, but if he would put together well thought out positions on trade and immigration and economic growth, and still be loud and blunt, but without the occasional over-the-top remark, The Donald might surge to the top in many states and be a major contender for the Republican nomination.

but he’s a utopian hard ass on trade, unreliably squishy utopian on immigration, and totally silent on economic growth. Love his attitude. Many foolish positions.

FWIW, I know plenty of people who are so fed up with DC that they’re ready to vote for Trump or Sanders. The anger cuts across the political spectrum.

When he loses the nomination, will his ego allow him to sit back and support the nominee, or will he decide to run 3rd party and hand the White House back to the dems?

I don't know, what have we gotten from avoiding over the top remarks? Corruption of the word marriage in how many states now? Forced EXPENSIVE healthcare? A president who rules via dictate? Courts writing laws?

I don't mind loosing on some issues, but when our side isn't even mentioning those issues we're losing on, Trump is welcome to make every over the top remark he wants. Least SOMEONE is saying something. We've had enough nuanced surrender to the liberals, time for Conservatives to actually have a position.
