Took him long enough.
Took him long enough.
In essence, I’m seeing him say, “this was a noble idea, but when the details are penned out, it is suicide to pass it. It is almost as if he saw this from the beginning and knew he was going to take heat, but was looking at it strategically rather than tactically.
There is nothing wrong with being for an idea, but against a particular implementation. And sometimes the difference can be very tiny, but the impact tremendous, kind of like a single extra chromosome.
Yrah, he was for it before he was against it.
He was snookered by the RINOs. Happens.
And now he calls them out.
Ted Cruz being one of the few staunch conservatives in the Senate, I'm fairly certain leadership (McConnell, Obozo, Boehner) were attempting to hide the true details of the trade agreement from him.
Now, as leaks began to surface, Ted Cruz is a bit more informed of the shady crap going on. Give the guy some credit. Not that you have to, but just asking folks to reserve judgment until all this plays out.
Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Sessions, Rand Paul are the few voices of conservatism in Congress. We can't afford to throw them under the bus based on MSM propaganda.
Go sit in his chair, make decisions at his level, shuffle through and attempt to understand the tsunami of issues, and then share your opinions, “Buttercup” ...
Its safe for him to oppose it as its going to pass anyway.
Just the fact his supporters can not figure this out speaks volumes.
That’s what I was thinking. Glad he’s finally on the right side of this one.
Yeah, a little to late.
