And, how do you know this is a liberal church? I heard the families of the victims quoting Bible after losing their loved ones. Not only quoting it, but, practicing it. The entire service today was about love - the racial riots these race baiters are looking for isn’t going to materialize in Charleston. These people are practicing the Word of God in this situation and keeping their eyes on Jesus through this tragedy. I saw white, black, young, old, male, female and even cops at that service today. Maybe this will help bring some healing to the racial tensions that our dear leader wants stirred. I hope so.
It is called 'Mother Emanuel" Emanuel means God with us, so it is called Mother God with us.
No solid church would ever consider God to be a woman. That'[s how I know it is a liberal, probably UCC church.
